Fennel Salad with Pears and Figs
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the figs, cut-side down, in the butter, then remove from heat.
  2. Whisk together the oil, 1T of lemon juice, and herbs, then season to taste.
  3. Add the fennel to the dressing and toss to coat, then add the figs, pear, and cheese and toss gently.
  4. Plate and serve.
